What is your merchandise return policy?

For an International customer, within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

All items (Gel candles, Paper products, Cards, Decorative items, and Custom design) in its original condition including original packaging and accessories. Please note that we can process your returns and refunds only for the items purchased from Shellhut.

(NOTE:  For a domestic customer, no refund cannot be made.)

How do I get refund for a shipping cost?

We will inform you via e-mail of your refund once we receive the returned item. Please note that we can refund a shipping cost only if such a return is caused by our error.

How do I return an item?

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend you use a guaranteed-service shipment.

What do I do with a damaged or missing item?

If this case occurs, please contact us either by email or phone as soon as possible so that we may help remedy the situation.  Please be ready to provide us your order number or any relevant details of your purchase while you contact us.  We will make every effort to resolve the problem for you.

How do I check my status of a return?

It takes us approximately two weeks to process your return upon our receipt. After we finish processing, we will provide you a refund. Shipping charges or any gift-wrapping charges cannot be refunded unless the product is returned as a result of errors from Shellhut.

If you would like to know your status of a return or credit, please e-mail us with your full name, order number, receipt date, and reason. We will make every effort to respond you within 48 hours upon our receipt of your request.
